The service offers the client an entire innovation management process related to the adoption of Google’s Gemini Enterprise solution with the goal of making it effectively single, centralized and governed interface for introducing artificial intelligence into business workflows. With the service, stimulation of adoption becomes the answer to the proliferation of shadow IT.

The process
Approach
The service adopts an approach called “Champions Guided Adoption.” A selected group of Customer users, representative of different business functions, will be supported throughout the service delivery by the following professionals provided by Deda Tech:
- Delivery Manager: Coordinates implementation, schedules resources, and serves as a point of contact for the customer for all organizational aspects.
- Adoption Leader: trains and follows Champions, maximizes engagement, and provides technical and operational insights.
- Cloud Strategic Engineer: Manages the technical aspects related to the implementation of Gemini Enterprise by interacting with the client’s IT.
Following the sessions, trained users will serve as internal liaisons and can then help colleagues effectively use the tool to improve workflows in each department.
The stages of service
The service Gemini Enterprise Adoption involves the following steps:
Kick-off With the Client;
Startup and configuration of Gemini Enterprise (trial license);
Knowledge Transfer to administrative staff and a pool of initial “Champions” users;
Office Hours, or Deda Tech support to “Champions” users in defining certain use-cases and implementing them;
Wrap-up, i.e. The presentation of use cases by the Champions and The collection of feedback;
Follow-up, useful for planning any next steps.
