Application Delivery is offered in appliance configuration(Appliance mode) and/or SaaS solution(SaaS mode) and is configured with a mandated component and a number of optional components. In detail:

• ADC Component: is the mandated component of the Service that provides the tools that take care of application publishing, optimizing traffic, balancing load, and improving basic application security.
• Security Component: complements the ADC component by providing individual optional modules that ensure the security of the solution. It consists of three different modules, which can be activated either individually or in combination with each other.

In Application Delivery, the Customer is autonomous and responsible for implementing application exposure and balancing policies and protection profiles (where applicable). Deda Tech is responsible for the monitoring and proper functioning of the provided hw and sw components (Incident management). The Customer may delegate to Deda Tech the execution of a set of pre-authorized changes (Service Request).
