The service that allows you to delegate the management of your structured data.
It will be our job to govern, prevent and resolve malfunctions, manage changes, and monitor the proper functioning of Databases, ensuring you professionalism and expertise always aligned with the technological changes your IT environment is subject to.
We operate from our locations, but manage your environments wherever they are: in our cloud (@Deda), in the hyperscaler cloud (@Hyper), in your cloud (@Home).
Overview
The service supports the following technologies: – Oracle Database – Microsoft SQL – IBM DB2 – MySQL – MariaDB – PostgreSQL – Hana – Informix
Specifically, we provide: – Monitoring – monitoring of logs, disk space, outcome of data saves, security profiles, the status of high reliability services, system performance.
– Malfunction management – based on the thresholds defined in the monitoring, the staff intervenes in case of degradation or disruption to restore the proper functioning of the platform.
– Change management – for the purpose of optimizing performance, to revise backup and restore procedures for needs that have arisen, to improve system security.
– Update – systemic management of Minor Release and Minor Update patches.
